By accessing or using the Savanna Digital platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Savanna Digital is a media intelligence and social listening platform that monitors news, social media, forums, and AI-answer-engine outputs for mentions of keywords, brands, or topics you configure, and provides analysis, alerts, and reporting on that data.
Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, harass or defame individuals identified in monitored content, or attempt to circumvent the Service's security or rate limits.
Current pricing is listed on our Pricing page. Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms will be confirmed at checkout once paid plans go live.
You retain rights to any content you submit to the Service. Data we surface from public sources (news, social platforms, forums) remains the property of its original authors/publishers; Savanna Digital only aggregates and analyzes it for your use within the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Savanna Digital and may not be copied or reused without permission.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of monitored data or sentiment scoring.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savanna Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with an updated date.
